in reply to: Shop not displaying products using Internet Explorer
Hi,
Sorry, Edge is OK but all versions of ie are affected. We have just tested again on the latest ie and it is now showing.
Please try the product on our site. It definitely allows you to chose and then progress through the basket process without choosing any option.

Please purchase by clicking add to cart and then leave the option unchosen and just click on proceed to checkout. Could this be linked to the stock not showing correctly for variable products? I still need an answer on that also.
Here is link to screenshot showing the CC fields running over border. https://postimg.cc/image/qe81ivj63/
Thanks

in reply to: Shop not displaying products using Internet ExplorerHello
Can I have an urgent update on this please?
I have also noted that if you have a variable product without a default choice. The system lets you add it to the basket without prompting for a choice. This should not happen.
Also the credit card info box is not contained within the frame. Please see attached screenshot. Actually, how do I upload a screenshot?
Can you look into this urgently too please?
Many thanks

in reply to: Shop not displaying products using Internet ExplorerHi
Can I have an urgent update on this please? I have a very unhappy customer.
This is a major issue if your theme does not work with ie or edge.
Thanks

in reply to: Shop not displaying products using Internet ExplorerThanks Medrit. Ah, no problem.
However, it still does not show any stock quantities?
Yes please so £15.00[space]-[space]£20.00
This would be everywhere the price range appears on the site.
My preference is to have From[space]:[space]£15.00 but it would be good to know how to do both.
Cheers

Not sure what you are demonstrating here as we know how to create a variable product. Our issue is the stock reporting on the product page is not correct. If we look at the shirt product you just created. You have 5 black and 7 red in stock. But the product page shows out of stock? See link
https://avantgarderetail.co.uk/shop/kids-stuff/shirt/What we want is for the stock to be 12 until a variable is selected and it then to show the stock available for that variable. So 5 for Black or 7 for Red?
You will also notice I have made the shirts different prices. How can we change the price from showing £15-£20 to £15 – £20?
Hope that all make sense?
Cheers

in reply to: Prices backwards for variable productsHello Medrit
Many thanks for this.
Yes, can we have the format so it appears as From : £3.00 ? So From[space]:[space]£lowest price.
Kind regards

This works for the shop summary but it is still the wrong way round on the individual item page?
As an aside what code would we need to make it a From : price? So it shows “From : lowest price of variation” please?
Kind regards
Euan

Thanks.
in reply to: Shop not displaying products using Internet ExplorerThanks.
The issue is that it does not show the correct quantity of the product variations. So if I have a T-shirt that is available in red, g=blue and white. It show the total stock quantity of the combined variables not 3 red, 7 blue and 10 white? When the customer picks the variable it should show the stock quantity of that variable?
Finally, on variable products it is showing the price range from High to Low. How can I change this to show from Low to High or even better a From: price so if the price range is £3.00 to £7.00 it shows “From : £3.00”?
Many thanks

in reply to: Prices backwards for variable productsHi
I agree with @poenedge, this is a strange way of showing a pricing range.
Mihalia, can you confirm the CSS code required to change this back to woo-commerce default and also so that it shows “from:lowest price” please?
Many thanks
