1- The page builder works fine. Please make sure to increase the memory_limit. See the screenshot below to understand how to use Visual Composer to add videos. As well as showing different videos in 3 columns:

2-Are you requestiong to have the same header in mobile, like it is in desktop? If yes, you need to use custom css for it.
This is not available in theme options.
