Sorry but this is not possible by theme options. If you want it, then you need to add additional code for this.

When adding a button if you activate the option “Overwrite the default button style” you can set the color of the button manually overwriting the styling menu options. All other buttons that haven’t the above option as active will change its color regarding the styling menu color you set. So please check the buttons that have a different color from the one you set in styling menu and uncheck “Overwrite the default button style” if you want them to have the color you set in styling menu.
This happened because you tried several times to import demo data.
Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and there remove all duplicate menus you find.

In the meantime try this: when you open Customizer if you click on the row where it is the button you open the options for that button. Switch on “Overwrite the default button style and then you can change the style, layout, font, color of the button. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/bJUas8
