WPBakery Page Builder Version is 8.3.1 —- 8.6.1 ! actual
Slider Revolution Version is 6.7.31 —– 6.7.37 actual

we saw that you updated the theme – now is version 5.0
but the included plugins are the same …very very old:
Slider Revolution 6.7.19 and WPBakery 7.9

wp engine policy is different from access through cpanel and it is not accepted to give access like this especially since it is about an update of the theme and related plugins and not an incompatibility problem or problems with other plugins.
honestly it is very strange to request access for updates.
please take the correct steps to update the theme and related plugins through envato/themeforest and not just upon request .
we are waiting for a NORMAL delivery estimate for the updates requested through envato/themeforest. but pls not after months…

(Tower Version: 3.0.2 —april 2024…)
