In my case it all started by losing all WPBakery Builder addons, first the new plugin: “Specular WPBakery & Backward Compatibility” wasn’t there. When it finally appeared still didn’t make it work. I tried then to install the previous version from the package and everything crashed. Now my site is not working, all the WP Bakery functions have disappeared and I have everything in Maintenance mode but even there the images (the logo of the company) is broken.
Can you please take a look? I’ve done everything you suggested and the site ended completely messed up.
I did all that, and I installed the last update of the theme (the one you posted a couple of days ago) and still breaks all the native customization: colors, typography, kind of header. etc.
Is there a way to manually copy that on to the upgrade file from my backup?
Is a LOT of time if I have to redo all that.
I knew the css changes would disappear, but the core changes in the theme, also?? That normally doesn’t happen… So there’s no way to apply them into the new version… that means that my site is dead? No solution at all?
No, is in cellphones and tablet’s responsive menus. I tested it in an iphone, an android samsung and an ipad and is not working. You can access the pages from every photografer’s button, but not to the categories or about because the dropdown menu (again, the three horizontal lines at the top-left of the screen) doesn’t open.
Is super easy to check and see that is not working. If I go responsive in my desktop (making my tab smaller) doesn’t work either.
Is there a way to send you a screenshot? Is actually something quite easy to understand…
The dropdown menu on my iphone or ipad (three little horizontal lines at the upper left side) is not opening so I cannot access the About etc. content.
We installed the newest version of WP and the previous issues seem to work fine, but what is not working now is the dropdown menu on the responsive versions.
