We believe you are definitely wrong. We have troubleshooted with the weight based shipping plugin and have turned it off and began using the default woocommerce shipping options and it is still unable to be changed (also note that the options are switchable on mobile). Further, we have disabled shipstation as well and it did not change the outcome. Going even further though, we have only enabled woocommerce and switched themes and the outcome is still the same. Would you think this is a problem with woocommerce?

Ok, sorry, yes the address you need to input needs to be in the U.S. for the shipping methods to appear and then you can start to diagnose the problem.

You see it because I am actually using a different plugin to enable stripe and not the official one. I cannot switch it up as I have a live site but from what I highlighted in the screenshot is that “comment” is actually replaced by elements of the stripe plugin however it does not get replaced on mobile. Thats about as far as I can go with you on the issue because I cannot switch the plugin to one that does not work for customers.

Perhaps I didnt say it right because I never mentioned the header. I looked over the screenshot you sent and it is still wrong. The problem is within the header not the actual slide. When one scrolls to the second slide and back up, the header switches to the light (correct) styling like it is supposed to but upon page load the header is defaulted to the dark scheme.
