Hey Rucco,

Thanks so much for stepping in and solving that menu issue, however something must have been tweaked and it erased all the content on the front page of the website see image attached.

Unfortunately, I had to pull a backup to retrieve all of the content, intern rolling back the changes you had just made.

I am so sorry for erasing your hard work, but we couldn’t have a website without a front page.

Do you know what would have erased the content? And what the menu fix was so we can implement it again without losing any of out content?

Hello Mihaila,

I double checked to ensure all included plugins are there and activated, which they are.

I proceeded to activate the parent theme, which resulted in rolling back most of my entire site and not fixing the issue.

This is a key component to any website and I hope we can find a solution quickly as we are losing out on key mobile traffic.

Please advise a solution as soon as possible.

Would you mind elaborating on what you mean by the fade effect?

I attempted to remove the bottom-up animation during product loading, but that didn’t seem to fix the issue? Is there a specific class you guys were targeting?

I have updated the theme to version 1.6.2 and Codeless Builder to version 1.4.6, cleared all caches and browsing data and the issue seems to still persist.
