I don’t think the vimeo API controls are the issue. I confirmed and volume and play controls are selected for embeds. However, the portfolio section of the site doesn’t use embeds. It’s a custom feature where you type in the vimeo ID.

Just a quick update, I just reverted it back to 3/5 (right before the change). Several things adjusted on the site and it was working a lot smoother pre-update.
Also found a bug….
The text in the slider could no longer be edited. I clicked and double-clicked and nothing would allow the cursor to show up and delete/adjust text within the slider.
Just as FYI – the site didn’t seem down (shortcodes showing), it was inoperable. Both the frontend and backend (WordPress panel) were inaccessible…the white screen of death.
Before providing authorization, can you assure this update will not completely crash the site?
UPDATE: I had to refresh the entire site through GoDaddy and erase the final changes to get the site back live. Could you provide a way to trouble shoot for this?
– Need a way to update the theme without crashing the site
– Need a way to build portfolio pages properly. FYI — I tried to build additional portfolio pages to see if I can avoid the issue and they publish, then disappear.
