All available options are there so if such options are not built in then you can write your own CSS to achieve this. Just target your element and set its width full. Let us know if you have any issues ?
I tried to login to your website by using your provided credentials but it did not work Kindly, have a check again and make sure those credentials are working or provide working credentials so I can do that for you.
As I can see you have the columns you are using you did not set responsive settings for those so kindly set your settings in your page builder columns too.

Kindly, update theme to latest version and then try again if it resolves your issue. Also note, you should update theme by following all standard theme update steps to avoid any loss of your data/content.
If all images taking that CSS effect then it means logo have not been targeted as intended. Kindly, make sure you target only logo image by using proper selectors and check again if it works for you.
Can you clarify if you have activated the responsive mode ? Simply go to your admin dashboard and Specular > General Options Responsive Layout
Just activate responsive layout if its not already set and save settings. If its already set to responsive settings then send us your admin logins so we can check it for you.

Which version of theme you are using ? Also note our new update is almost ready and it will be live soon as well. Until you provide details which version you are using and what is the php version you are using ?
