It looks like the issue is belonging to your server make sure your server settings are as intended. Also update your hosting provider about this issue and they can fix this for you.
What are your server settings ?
Kindly open your own tickets as we don’t reply on such tickets which are not belonging to you.

Just download full package from themeforest and under plugins folder you will get desired plugin and update manually.
