Once you are logged in as an admin user go to starter websites link to import your dummy data. Or send me admin logins as a private reply and I will send you direct link to land for importing demo data.
As I mentioned earlier that something is not right which causes those strings to not appear so translated directly inside the searchform.php file which is on your main theme’s root folder. You can simply copy that file to your child theme as well to avoid any future data loss.
My friend I already mentioned that your website having phishing threat warnings we can’t proceed until you clear those. Kindly, make sure you fix your website security issues so we can give it a try ?
If you are not sure just install Avast anti virus and enable firewall and try to open your website to see the results if your website is blocked or not ?
