Make sure all required plugins are activated and your server settings like time or memory limit are set to some bigger number before starting import process.
Let me know what are your server script and time/memory settings and also if all plugins are installed ?

Because you updated from version 2 to 4 so we have to keep that track too, to avoid any future such issues for any of other user.
Thanks for the logins and I could see you have set masonry layout for your blog page. Also I could see your images are having different aspect ratios which will make it different when cropped. Here are two solutions now, first is to use proper or same sized images to get same results. Second one is to set with css (not recommended) in this we set height with CSS and images shows up in same height.
Let me know which one suits you so we can move accordingly.
Well that image shows 404 error. Did your updated theme and it finished properly or you got any error ? If it updated properly have you tried by flushing your permalinks ?
Just to clarify if you are using a fresh install or doing in an already used website. Because this error should not be there in fresh install. Kindly clarify.
I can see your image’s aspect ratio is different that’s why it is having different cropped results. Make sure to use same sizes images to get same results, because we never set or fix height with css as it causes image quality issues.
