Hi,

Can you please make sure that script running times are set to some bigger number so scripts don’t stop due to time related issues. Also increase post size and memory size or just ask your server team about increasing max time and max sizes as well if you don’t know how to do that your server team can assist you on those.

Yes as you have gone from version 2 to version 3.4+ so its obvious as a lot has changed in the mean time even WP has changed a lot. By now make sure you follow instruction to install required plugins and for any of your error kindly send me your ftp login details along with WordPress admin logins as a private reply so I can do that for you.

If you are using on new website then you have to use your new copy of the theme, if you are planning to migrate then just migrate your whole website so it will not require any new license.
