– Any New Plug-in you have added or Removed?
– Have you Update / downgraded WordPress Core?
and lastly, if you have testing / staging server i would like to work there.

Please check your web server fulfills the below characteristics at least value.
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000

After changing (parent values) use wp reset to reset wordpress and try to install again and let me know.

Well About Publishing Publicly or updating from Dashboard:
We are making many changes in newer version as we have so many clients who are using old version of Specular with php7.4 so there will be issue for them.

we always keep an eye on them – once we cross certain threshold – it will be available no worries!
