I have checked few things in your website – it may be help you get better speed.
– Optimize images your homepage has 5 images, Just try to use min images
– Use some Optimization or Cache Plug-in for better Speed
– Use CloudFlare our CDN Services
– Our theme is using already optimized css/js and dont need to compress more.

Please do these 2 things:
1. Install plug-in name wp reset, activate it and reset the wp db everything.
2. Please check your web server fulfills the below characteristics at least value.

memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000
