Two ways to do it:
1- Safest Method to add code in child theme – just in case you have activated.
2- Go to Wp-admin > customize > General > Custom CSS add there and publish.

It was working before? if so just make sure you havent made any significant changes, or you have added any new plug-in which is causing or creating conflict.

#1: I have seen your website is hosted some where else and your data is store on Temporary hosting- that could be another factor.

Try to switching off the preloader by going to this path: wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Option > Preloader Effect
#2: Still seems OK on my side.
#3: May i know your web hosting provider, Server is not looking stable, it is not saving changes (file level) – some time it does, if it saves – Saving and Updating Code taking time.
#3a: you have customized layout – where in original one big image we have used, you are using 3 and may be we need to do some CSS work for your website.
#3b: I will suggest you to activate child theme, after seeing situation on #3.

#1: I just checked Code is in perfect condition – you have 19mb long video file in footer – You need to optimize or reduce the file side in order fast load of webpage or may be need to upgrade your web hosting server as well.
#2: I have checked in all browser – I cant see that white gap, please tell me which browser / screen resolution you are using.
