Yes, you can make changes anywhere on the page but one thing to know is the Header and Footer elements are separate from the original page. Any changes on the page won’t affect them.

Modifying a widget directly through code isn’t recommended. It may break widget functionality. However, if you still wanna modify the “Featured Podcast” widget then below is the file path.
