WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Options > General Options > Custom CSS Code > Line#38

1- Google map is not responsive

3- Sub-menus are opened by default
Currently, there’s no option to modify it because it’s the default behavior of the Codeless Specular theme. Any advancement on it will come under customization and not be covered inside normal support. We recommend you to share this feature in our Suggest us Features forum. Our developer team will try to integrate these features in our upcoming theme updates.

4- Slider Revolution isn’t responsive

5- All content is being zoomed out and in on mobile devices
Is it possible to share a video of this issue? You can use Vimeo.com for video or imgur.com for image sharing. It’s necessary because, on my end, all content displays fine.

It looks very strange,
Make sure your theme, theme-required plugins, and WordPress version all are up-to-date. If all are up-to-date then for the time being you can use WP-Bakery Backend Page builder. It’s reliable and easy to use.
We’ll also test the Codeless page builder on different environments on our end and let you know about the root issue and its solution ASAP.
