Did you’ve any recent working backup of your site? If yes, restore your site to that previous version.
P.S: We always recommend keeping a backup of your site before updating theme/core plugins. Moreover, third-party plugins not always be a good choice. Review the comments and compatibility of the plugin to your WordPress version before installing it.

– Hide search and menu icon(three bars) from the header
You can hide it from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Options > Show Search
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Layout > Extra Side Navigation
– Show Phone num on the header
Currently, there’s no option available for adding the phone num in the way you mentioned but you can add it as a menu item. I’ve added a sample phone num in the menu take a look at it.
– Google Map
It may be due to the wrong source path. I’ve added a dummy path to the google map and it’s working fine. Please make you’ve added the right path. You don’t have to put the complete Iframe tag but only the source.
In the future, you can use imgur.com for images or vimeo.com for video sharing.

Currently, there’s no option to separately add a Google Podcast link but you can add a link to your podcast in your podcast content.

You can change the Top Header Background color from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Options > Top Widgetized Area > Background Color

– Font-size of Number/contact info
I’ve added a CSS code snippet in
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Line#35
You can adjust the font size according to your need.

The only issue was the WordPress files were misbehaving. Now I have updated the WordPress files and everything seems to work fine. However, I have backed-up old WordPress files in a folder with the name Old Files. If you want to delete the go-ahead.
