Hi,
To import dummy data, you first have to register the theme(if haven’t done before). You can do it from
WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Home > Enter your product/license key > Click on register theme button > Done.

Once you registered your theme then you can import dummy data from:
WP-Admin Dashboard > Specular Home > Starter Sites > Click on the import button on your favorite demo > Done.
