for displaying the footer you need to add some widgets in the footer sidebar from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Widgets > Footer column 1 / Footer column 2 > Add some widgets.
Or if you simply want to show the copyright section then switch on “Show Only copyright” from:
wp-admin > Tower > Footer Options > Show Only Copyright > Switch On/Off
For now, I’ve selected show only copyright section.

The Language switcher will not work as a dropdown on the top header widgetized area as it only works with a dropdown on the navigation menu. So, for the top widgetized area, you’ve to use the simple style of the language switcher (without dropdown).

The update button usually appears upside/inside the theme panel. You can find it through
WP-Admin > Appearance > Themes > Folie Theme
If you’re unable to find it then you can download the latest version of the Codeless Folie theme from ThemeForest and then update it manually.

– Codeless Slider Height
You can change the slider height through
Edit page > Navigate to the general settings section> Slider options tab > Slider height > Change slider height i.e. 500/600 etc. > Update > Done.
– Top menu bar
If you wanna add contact information and a social widget on the top bar you can do it through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Top Header Left(for left side)/Top Header Right(for right side) > Add contact/social widgets > Publish > Done.
