Please check the equal height option is available.
But this is done after customization in the code. Whenever you’ll update the plugin “Specular WPBakery Addons & Backward Compatibility” all changes will be gone.

– Issue with the header
You’re facing this issue because both pages share the same header but have different page background colors which make it difficult to read on the page having light background.
You can create a new header or edit the previous one to display on only desired pages. You can do it through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit the header you wanna display on the page with light background > Navigate to Cowidgets option > Display option > Select pages(on which you wanna display header) > Update > Done.

I’ve checked your server variables on my end, They’re not fulfilling the above-mentioned values. Please contact your web service hosting provider and ask them to upgrade your server values OR please provide the Cpanel credentials.
