And now I was just adding own photos of the team members to the demo page. As soon as I activate my own team members, there photo is not squared anymore and it looks more like those photos here: https://preview.codeless.co/specular/default/?page_id=122
The hover behaviour is also like the one in this example and there should be no hover.
What can I do?

– Image Size:
The size of the image you’re trying to add is smaller than the images on the dummy team members. So you need to add image with bigger height so that the height of the images gets matched.
– On hover Effect:
After adding the team staff image please select the style to “Simple & Center”
edit Page > Edit Staff item > Style > Simple & Center.

Thank you for your fast help! But can’t you adjust the plugin to allow those different formats, as shown in the demo files? That would be so much more helpful. I cannot really work with this temporary solution.
