By default, there’s no option available in the theme to change this text “project” but if you wanna change this text, I’ll do it for you just mention the text you wanna replace with it.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the issue is with the site cache as it preventing images to display at the desired size. I’ve re-uploaded the images for the products, now the images are displaying properly.
For satisfaction, add a new product and check whether the desired image size working on the product image or not.
