Hi,
You can select header from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit Kiri Header > Add display rule for entire Site > Update.

If you want to edit the Kiri Header then you can do this by editing the header with elementor.
wp-admin > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Kiri Header > Edit With Elementor

This comes under deep custmoization and generally we don’t recommend this type of customization. because it may disturbs the other functionality of the theme moreover, all changes will be gone whenever you’ll update the theme.
