The third-party plugin “Simple 301 Redirects” is causing the issue that it is not allowing you to edit with elementor because it is generating errors. Like internal server Error and jQuery errors.
After deactivating this plugin your site works pretty fine.
Also before editing any page with elementor, Please disable the site preloader effect for a better experience.
you can disable the preloader effect from:
wp-admin > Appearance > customize > General > Site Options > Preloader effect > Off/On
