Hi,
You’re getting an empty row because you can only save a single widget as an element not an entire row with multiple widgets. You’ve to save a single widget as a single element.

There are some default options in the WordPress dashboard to edit theme files as well as Plugin files. But on your WordPress dashboard, these options are disabled from the wp-config file.
