1- The Featured tab is empty because you haven’t selected any product as a featured product. You can select products as featured products from:
wp-admin > Products > All Products > Check for the star (Filled Star = Featured Product, Not filled Star = Not Featured Product) https://prnt.sc/1qd5fme
2- The Tab titles are fixed they can only be changed by customization in code.

By default, there’s no such option, But it can be done by using customization. And generally, we don’t recommend these types of customization as whenever you’ll update the theme/plugin all changes will be gone.

You can change image size for product images from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Wooommerce > Product Images > (There You can change image sizes for products)

It looks like you’ve added some of your users and some of the content is already present on your site. If you feel comfortable that can I reset your site, and again import dummy data? But this will also remove the other users on your site.
P.S: slider revolution and YITH WooCommerce Social Login both plugins are now installed and activated on your site.
