The words like “continue reading” or “posted” generally embedded in the theme/plugin. You can change these words by changing them inside the file. However, It comes under customization and once you update the theme/plugin all changes will be revert back.

When you do it in a custom style, you will have to customize everything yourself, including the title of the post and the featured image of the post manually.
P.S: You can use a style of your own choice.

P.S You can also change your single post layout from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Blog > Blog Post Style > Select one of (Classic, Modern or Custom). For now, I choose Custom.

Please free up some space on your server and then regenerate thumbnails from:
wp-admin > Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails > Regenerate thumbnails for all attachments
Then check product images and let me know.
