No, you can’t add a caption or title of the picture, in a gallery. There’s no such option by default for this, But I hope we will come up with this option in our theme’s upcoming updates.

1- You can change the header image and edit the header bottom bar from:
wp-admin > Pages > Shop Single Top Content > Edit with Wp Bakery
There you can change the text on the header bottom bar and the background on the header.
2- I can’t find space after the footer while Footer reveals option is enabled.

Yes, You can change the footer’s google map. But this is done by deep customization in the theme and generally, we don’t recommend this type of customization because it may harm the theme’s core functionality. And all changes will go after the theme update.
