For mobile responsivity, Please share a screenshot and also the screen resolution on which you’re facing the problem because on my end your site looks very fine on mobile devices.
For Horizontal scroll feature on mobile, There’s no such option to do it because it’ll create site layout being mess up on the mobile device.
