If you wanna make the hamburger menu effect the same on all pages, then it’ll also affect the header on the desktop devices. So you have to change your header completely where you wanna display the same header as on the training page.

For “menu of the links…”
It’s possible but it comes under customization. We generally don’t recommend customization in theme or plugin, because It may harm other functionalities also may create other problems and issues. Moreover, all the effort will go off when the theme and plugin updated. That’s why we don’t recommend customization.

For Word “Project”:
It also comes under customization.

For “font-family”:
