1. When you duplicate a page then you need to again set the option (header / footer).
3. Go to Wp-admin > Apperance > customize > General > Site options > Preloader effect and Mouse Cursor Disable and then check it and let me know.

1) Please go to Please go to wp-admin > apperance > customize > Header Options > Default Page Header > Active Page Header Option (On/Off)
OR
2) Please go to Please go to wp-admin > Tower > Header Options > Default Page Header > Active Page Header Option (On/Off).
