2. Use CDN / Cache Plug-in For Fast Loading
3. Remove un-ncessary and duplicatd plugins
4. If you are facing any error, take a screen shot and send us.

You need to make clone of your website and give us access to that site and we will update the theme there and then what are things are change, we will update those things and you can replicate to production / live server after that.

Our Theme is perfect, you may need to try these 2 solutions:
1. Try Different Plug-in which do similar function.
2. Get Customization or Compatbility Service from us.
