First of all Our theme is perfect and contact form trouble shooting doesnt comes under theme support. For Goodwill, I am writting to you some check-list for you to cross check.

#1: Make sure you have configured Contact form 7 properly from Backend.
#2: Call to your Web Hosting Company and Ask them Complete Configuration required for Webpage to email.
Doing above if doesnt work then send me the complete config details, i will look.
