Category should be Empty, If you want to filter.

If you dont want to see filter then Category become visible (only if you have selected).

If you want to see all portfolio then set item per page as -1 and it will show all.

We have to do custom code for this and bit time consuming work.

If wants to me proceeds please provide complete website url and its login info along with FTP.

you can edit portfolio shortcode and select the desired category and it will show you the specific category.

I checked the email and received it I used my gmail id. There might be issue with your email.
Please check with your hosting server why you are not receiving the email.
