Hello,

I’ve already increased the time limit and the limit for uploading files on the server and even then it didn’t work. The import process stops at 96% when importing widgets.

I am with some urgency to solve this problem. Could you bring me a solution?

Hi, I’ve already done these recommended steps, I’ve already increased all PHP limits and it still didn’t work. In addition, I already made contact with the contract server and asked for support for them and still we were unable to make it work.

The process stops at 96% in the “import widgets” stage.

Awaiting return.
