I can’t remember wich demo I imported.
But I need a solution because I cannot edit pages or create new ones.
Codeless Builder simply doesn’t allow me to edit or add any content.
With WP Bakery I cannot create new pages (it just allows me to add a row), and when I edit a page, it lets me make changes, but when I update the page it crashes most of the times.
I am making small changes by editing shortcodes by text with the classic editor.
I double the server charactaristics except for max_execution_time wich is 165.
Anyway I can’t believe that I am not able to edit or create any page using codeless builder or wpbakery.
That leaves my web unupdatable.
With a worse server I was able to edit pages with no problem and basicly now you are telling me that I have no solution, at least with your theme. Nice work.
Thanks, I can edit now content and don’t loose images or margins when I activate wpbakery.
But still, I can’t add any content in pages, just edit the content that already exists. I try to add a section, a row.. nothing happens. I try with codeless builder and it doesn’t work at all
Thank you! It was the “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” by Emran Ahmed plugin that wouldn’t allow to save woocommerce thumnbail images size in personalizer. I disabled it, then I could save that value and generate thumbnails. Then I have enabled it again and seems it works great as long as I don’t try to change thumbnail size.
I am afraid all the installed plugins are needed but now my web loads reasonably fast.
-I checked the ftp credentials I gave youy and they are correct, I just logged in, just remove https:// prior to the server url, wich this editor keeps adding (I assumed you would know that).
-I don’t know what you mean by “categories your product”. The products are in categories, in fact I have created pages to display categories.
– I’ll take a look at the plugins, but I am afraid most of them are needed.
– I don’t see any option to do pagination in the codeless builder. Could you explain me how to do that?
– Products are displayed in 3 different pages. “Ropa” has 14 products to display, “Accesorios” 2, “Calzado” 5, “Last Chance” 34. I woul understand the last one to be a bit slow, but all of them take several seconds to load.
– If the theme is OK, could you explain me how to display resized images in category pages or shop page instead of originals as the june demo does?
It was the popup made with Popup maker and started to do that just after I responded to your previous message, I had to disable it.
By the way, in personalizer, if I go to Woocommerce -> Product images, I can set the thumbnails witdth and aspect ratio, but they don’t seem to get saved. I put the values I want (560 width and original aspect ratio) but nothing happens, and when I go back the values are not set. Could it be related with images not displaying correctly?
Please, please! tell me something, it’s been more than an hour that my online shop looks awfull and no response from you, I NEED to know if it is you who is making changes, my client is very angry and I have no feedback from you.
