May we know what would you be looking for since we already know the conflict is with the theme? Is there some troubleshooting you could do in which you would fix the coding in the theme to be more compatible?
We’re not able to edit with Elementor with our current version: WP version 6.0.1 Elementor 3.6.8 Elementor Pro 3.7.2

Oh, we have rolled back previously and we roll back again now. What’s the estimate for the permanent fix for this?

No, we haven’t because when we attempted to update last time, it caused an error.

We had the issue with the previous version that’s why we upgraded. Should we try rolling back to version prior to 3.5.6?
