Hello,

This is only a problem in the theme notification file. You have the latest version of the theme installed.

Anyway, you have to know that LayerSlider will not be supported anymore because of the change of its license. So we can’t include the later versions anymore.

I think that you have to add this custom css into the CSS above and add this custom line of css:

I have added background-size:center center !important;

Hello,
You have to fix the issue with the responsive with Elementor responsive options. You can fix the responsive problems with the Specular theme itself because you haven’t used out elements or wp bakery elements.
If you will use the theme original design there will be a predefined responsive design as you can see at our demo website.

How To Adjust Elementor Settings For Mobile

You have to switch on the responsive option in the Specular > General > Responsive Option.
