There was a problem with your hosting provider.
I have installed the demo content manually and after that, i have to install the header and footer in the Codeless installation window.
The furniture home can be set as a home page. I think that you have only to add the images.
You have to go into Appearances > Menu. There you can change the Columns and the menu items with drag and drop.
No sorry theme doesn’t have this feature by default. This can be done only through customization.

You can’t edit the pages that are created with WpBakery with Elementor it is impossible.
You can edit only pages that are created with Elementor like this demo: https://codeless.co/specular/digital-agency/
Or you can create new pages from scratch with Elementor.
