P.S. This was the case before I installed plugins.
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceI just wish it wouldn’t have taken a bad review to get the help I needed Ruco. I have 4.5 months of support left with the purchase I made, and I just hope it can be as efficient as this 1 hour experience was with you. You helped in a pleasant and very effective way, but it took too long to get that support. I can see that you have a lot to deal with in the support forum, and that plays a part in how quickly you can get to things. I do very much appreciate the time you just gave me, and for that I will re-consider the review.
Hopefully I do not need to be in touch for a while! Have a great day, and thank you again for helping with these issues today.
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceYes, now it looks the same as the screenshot and opens and closes from a fixed position.
Thank you for your help today.
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceThis is what it is doing on mine. The menu sticks in one fixed place, but the page behind moves.

in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceThe menu on my phone is showing a little odd. It is there, but appears to be fixed so I cannot scroll down the to see the whole of it. I can open and close it, but when I scroll it remains in one place instead of at the head of the screen next to the logo. It means when the menu is open, the page is scrolling behind the words.
The image grid I changed the sizes of the images to fit the thumbnail size so now they are all the same.

It is currently my website homepage!
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceHere is a screenshot of the menu, so instead of a hamburger dropdown menu, I have this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3yfapq7a0jrvg76/photo%201.PNG?dl=0
And on the destination pages, the call to action button looks like this – https://www.dropbox.com/s/4s8l85dsvegadfx/photo%202.PNG?dl=0
We are now in the fifth day of this issue being unresolved, are you able to help?
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceAre you able to fix this issue? I see from the support forum that I am not the only one experiencing this!
in reply to: Weird Header when window is smallHi Gabriel,
I am having similar issues at the moment when screen size changes. They will likely ask for your wordpress login details, as it seems they fix the issues on a case-by-case basis, rather than at the theme level.
I have been waiting for a few days now for this to be fixed so I will keep checking back here in case you hear the fix before I do.
Good luck!
in reply to: Menu on mobile deviceThank you Mihaila. Can I expect this to happen today or should I put off my business launch for another day?
