I agree completely with you that it displays fine on mobile. However, for google ranking purposes, we’re not meeting their “mobile-friendly” requirements. When performing a search the search results state “not mobile friendly”. This is an issue with the code of the theme for why it’s not displaying. I checked the robots.txt file and that’s not the issue.
In addition, I did purchase extended support but it’s not updated in your system. Please let me know how to do that so it shows that I’m not expired on support.
Oh, that was the code I was looking for, plus I made a few additional tweaks to make the menu fit. Thank you. Not sure how it got removed from the CSS.
Thank you, that resolved the issue on mobile but not on my tablet (iPad). That just keeps the full menu and drops to a new line below the logo and on the slider.

I’m more looking to remove mega menu all together. I don’t need it. Once that’s removed, then the third-party plugin will work. I need to be able to hide menu items from users until they’re logged in.
