Can I update Elementor plugins as well as the remaining active plugins? When I got the critical error, I had to restore a previous backup so now the plugins need updating.

Theme: Tower 3.0.3
Plugins: WP Bakery 7.9. and downgraded to Elementor 3.26.5 with Elementor Pro 3.26.3.
Seems to be somewhat working. Some page styles are messed up, but nothing that can’t be re-tweaked. Will keep Elementor plugins at current version. Hopefully next theme version update will resolve conflict.
In the Tower theme settings > Header settings > Show Responsive Menu Dropdown…
Turned on. However the menu items are not in the dropdown. On desktop view, the menu items are fine.
Hi – does this work for the Tower theme as well? With the current COVID-19 situation my client needs to have a single menu item colored red all the time. The remaining menu items are black.
Hi Mihaila – thank you for your response. I deleted the majority of the inactive plugins as you indicated and updated the Visual Composer plugin as well. I am about to update the Tower theme, however since I am currently running a child theme of Tower, how does that work? Over time I had some modifications done via support with you or someone else. (I am a WordPress newbie and don’t know how to modify things myself!!).
After I update the Tower theme, how do I apply it to the child?
