we updated the template with the latest release available on themeforet and the problem persists.

Csan you guys take a look into all the issues discussed in this posts and help out with a solution?

Hello,

I did, but unfortunately, the problem with losing the page layout is back, after I uploaded the latest version of Visual Composer (Version 4.6.2), (Please see: “Specular Pages Lose Layout After Save,”),  and the latest available template version (1.3.5).

Also, my client is having trouble seeing the selected font family displayed the same across all browsers. please read his note:

“All three browsers (Firefox, Chrome and IE) are up to date.
 
I also cleared the cache in my primary browser (Firefox).
 
Yesterday was the first time I loaded the new site in IE and Chrome, and the font size and font type were the same as in Firefox.
 
Interestingly enough, I opened the link on my laptop and the font is indeed looking like Sans Serif type. I am curious to know how to explain this, and more importantly if there is anything to be done to make sure everyone sees it the same way?
Also note:
However, on the laptop, the Location/Phone/Email header on the top right is wrapping on the next line…Looks clunky.”

thank you for your response. however, I am not sure I fully understand what I need to do when I read your instructions: “Remove the link here.” Can you please clarify what is exactly I need to do?

It seems to be a problem with the browser cache in Firefox. The issues are now  solved.

I added the code to the custom css, but the result is not exactly what my client wants. he wants to keep the content to the right of the image.
