Page keeps loading

  Thanks for a great team with many awesome features.
  
  I have one problem though:
  my page keeps loading while showing the loading animation. I have to refresh the page several times to make it load the content.
  
  Have experienced this on both Chrome and Safari on Mac and iOS (iPhone 11).

  What restrictions?
  And I don’t know what the Theme Editor and the plugin editor is?

    Hi,
    There are some default options in the WordPress dashboard to edit theme files as well as Plugin files. But on your WordPress dashboard, these options are disabled from the wp-config file.

  I cleared cache and the Frontpage loaded quickly. But then I went to the other pages, and now when I go back to the frontpage I have the same problem – the page loads for an eternity (it has been loading for 4 minutes now unfortunately). please see video: https://imgur.com/Z5aqX9F

  Sorry for the inconvenience. For time being please don’t use the page preloader effect. I hope this bug will be solved in our theme/plugin’s upcoming update.

  How do I disable the page preloader effect?
  I have looked different places, also under Appearance > Customise, but I can’t find it. :’/
