You need to import pre-made layout dummy data by using the one click demo import feature. For this please go to:
wp-admin > Appearance > One Click Demo Import > Select the Demo you want to import > Wait for the demo to load fully on your site > After complete import you can use the pre-made layouts to customize your own content.

There’s no need for the dummy-data folder.

1- The main causing issue for the disturbance in the layout of the Hudson menu is the revslider plugin. When you deactivate the plugin all things are okay. The other solution is to try using Flyout Inner Style as simple for Default by editing Hudson Header with elementor.
2- For editing or customizing the Kiri page please first disable the preloader effect and then try to edit the page.
You can disable preloader effect from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options > Preloader effect > On / Off

First of all the tutorials, you’re watching or following are of Codeless Folie theme, not the Codeless Remake theme(your current theme). Please follow the Codeless Remake theme tutorials.

Second, In order to edit Header, Pages, Posts, etc. edit that header/page/post with elementor, make changes and update it. Options in Appearance > Customize are available for general theme settings i.e. you wanna add/remove/change preloader effect on your site.

You’re facing this issue because both pages share the same header but have different page background colors which make it difficult to read on the page having light background.
You can create a new header or edit the previous one to display on only desired pages. You can do it through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Codeless Header/Footer/Block > Edit the header you wanna display on the page with light background > Navigate to Cowidgets option > Display option > Select pages(on which you wanna display header) > Update > Done.

You can change the entire page background color simple by
Edit Page > Navigate to General > Page Content BG Color > Change color > Update > Done.

P.S: This feature is embedded in the Codeless Remake theme and can’t be used in any other theme.
