Its been almost 4 days now since I send  my inquiries about the issue that I have in my site using the Specular theme and until now I havent got any reply. I understand that there will be a time difference however what I just want to ask if how long it takes to answer all my inquiries because I need to know if there is really a good support in the theme that I am using.
