Hi!
I am trying to change an image in the header by overwriting the page default header options with no luck. When I try to change the color of the header background without using an image it does nothing as well. Also the same goes for the color of the title, changing the “Page header font color” makes no changes.Did I miss something?
p.s. With all the same settings in both Tower>Header options and Page header options it works in Tower version 1.3.5.

Worth mentioning that the page I’m trying to change the header background is set to be a Frontpage.
Tried to change the header background and font color in Blog page and it all worked there. -
Hello,
Please send me the page url and your credentials in a private reply, so i can see where the problem is.
Best regards! -

Hello,
You have an error in your site (screenshot), either the image you uploaded for page header background does not exist or you do not have the necessary access rights in theme files.
I was able to set up the page header of the test page you have. Please check it.
Please update theme and visual Composer first. Make sure to save a backup of the files in case you have made changes to theme files.
Let us know if the issue persists.Best regards!

Hi,
I don’t see a screenshot. But if you mean the error which is seen when “inspecting” the front page, it’s the favicon, I didn’t upload it yet.
The image exists, and the rights are working – because I can change the header background on other pages. Thanks for setting up the image. I updated theme files, but Composer seems to be the same old version 4.10. And the problem is still there – I can’t change the Page Header font color and Page header height and can’t change the image to something else except the one you set up. It seems that in Page Header options some settings work and others don’t.
The problem still persists. -
I duplicated that page and in the new clone all settings seem to work.

The thing is – the Page Header options work perfectly on a page which is not set as a Front Page. It seems that when the page is set to Front Page most of the customizable settings become unchangeable (like height, font color, image).
One of the solutions is to change all the needed settings on a page before making it a Front Page and when new changes in the header are needed switch back and forth. -
Hello,
There is no restriction on editing the home page. You should be able to change it’s page header to your need anytime.
I can’t make a test for you as your site requires a password to view the pages in front-end.
Let us know if you still need our assistance.Best regards!

I switched off the pass requirement.
It’s not very critical right now but sure, it wouldn’t be bad to be able to change the front page without taking it off.
Appreciate your help! -
Hello,
The home page gets the default setting set in your General Options > Header Options > Default Page Header. That is why changes made to it’s page option panel are not recognized.
We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. I will let know the developer team regarding it, but i can’t promise anything. If you want you can suggest it at our Suggest Us Features forum.
Best regards!

It’s all right. The workaround is just fine!
Thank you!
