Contact Form 7

  Hi Ruco,
  
  I published Contact Us 2, specifically for the form [contact form 7] but it didn’t populate with everything else and just showed the id.
  
  How do I populate and get the form online?

  If that option isn’t available in the sidebar, does it mean it didn’t download properly when I first uploaded the template?
  
  Mine doesn’t have a “Contact” option in the sidebar.
